Agreement to Terms
By using this website or booking services with Hanique Cleaning & Company LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book services with us.
Booking Confirmation
Submitting a booking request online does not guarantee availability for a specific date or time. A confirmation will be sent via email or phone once your appointment is approved.
To reserve your cleaning date and time, a $70 deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward your total cleaning cost.
Cleaning Crew
We typically work in teams of two. In some cases, additional cleaners may be assigned depending on the scope of work or scheduling needs. While we aim to limit staff rotation, occasional changes may occur to ensure proper training and service quality.
All team members are background screened and held to professional standards of integrity and accountability.
Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service due to safety concerns, inappropriate or hostile behavior, weapons on the premises, excessive clutter, disconnected utilities, or unsanitary conditions.
If our team feels unsafe or encounters conditions that make the service unreasonable, they may leave the property. In such cases, the cancellation fee will apply.
Cleaning Day Preparation
Pricing assumes cleaners can focus solely on cleaning. Clients are asked to tidy personal items to allow access to surfaces such as floors, countertops, and tabletops.
If additional tasks (e.g., organizing or picking up items) are requested, please notify us in advance so pricing can be adjusted accordingly.
Add-On Services (Additional Fee)
Available add-ons include, but are not limited to:
Interior windows and sills
Blinds
Baseboards
Dishes
Inside kitchen cabinets
Inside oven
Inside refrigerator
Garage sweeping
Patio cleaning
Carpet cleaning
Pets
We are happy to work around pets; however, pets must not interfere with safety or cleaning efficiency. If a pet poses a safety concern or becomes aggressive, our team may leave, and the cancellation policy will apply.
Service Fees & Pricing Adjustments
Prices are based on information provided at booking and our professional experience. Pricing may be adjusted upon arrival if the condition of the home differs significantly from what was described.
If additional time is required, we will attempt to contact you for approval. If we cannot reach you, the crew may leave, and the cancellation fee will apply.
Rates may be reevaluated at any time based on service time, frequency, or changes to the home.
Payments
A $70 deposit is required to reserve your appointment.
Payment of the remaining balance is due on the day of service.
We accept cash, check, or credit card unless otherwise stated.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the issue at no additional charge.
Recurring Service Discounts
Recurring service discounts apply after the initial cleaning. If cleanings are skipped or frequency is reduced, pricing will be adjusted to reflect the new schedule.
Rate Increases
Rates may be adjusted due to changes such as service frequency, home size, number of occupants, renovations, or additional furnishings. Annual rate increases may occur and will not exceed 8%.
Lockouts
Clients must provide access on the scheduled service date. If our team cannot access the property and cannot reach you within 20 minutes, the appointment will be skipped, and a $70 cancellation fee will apply.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a $70 cancellation fee.
Alarm Systems
Please ensure alarms are disabled or provide instructions and codes in advance. Failure to do so may result in a lockout fee.
Use of Client Equipment
If you request the use of your vacuum or cleaning tools, we are not responsible for damage, malfunction, or repairs. If equipment is not operational, certain services may not be completed.
Cleaning Supplies
We provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you request the use of green products or your own supplies, please notify us in advance. We are not liable for damage caused by client-provided products.
Items We Cannot Clean
We do not provide services involving:
Mold remediation
Hoarding situations
Biohazard materials (blood, bodily fluids, feces, urine, vomit)
Animal waste, litter boxes, or cages
Unreachable Areas & Heavy Items
For safety reasons, cleaners cannot:
Climb higher than a step stool
Move items weighing more than 35 pounds
Please move heavy items prior to service if cleaning behind them is requested.
Breakage, Damage & Loss
While rare, accidental damage may occur. We are insured for damage caused by our team. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, improperly installed items, or undisclosed fragile or valuable items.
Clients must report damage or loss within 24 hours of service. Replacement will be attempted when possible but is not guaranteed.
Arrival Window
Appointments are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or job length. We will notify you if delays occur.
Holidays & Weather
We do not provide services on major holidays. If your scheduled cleaning falls on a holiday or inclement weather prevents safe travel, we will contact you to reschedule.
Keys & Property Access
Client keys are stored securely. If a client leaves a key in an unsecured location, we are not responsible for loss or theft. Keys will be returned within 48 hours of service termination.
Non-Solicitation of Staff
Clients agree not to solicit or hire our employees directly during or after services. Significant resources are invested in training and screening our staff.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
Hanique Cleaning & Company LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
